no client management?

Hello everybody,
in the current user manual are a few references and screenshots (pages 212-214, or german 218-220) showing client management.
In my new install of OpenEMM 2011 i can't find any options, fields, menu-items or something else regarding client management.
Am i missing something or rather is there a way to make OpenEMM 2011 capable for client management?
