is it possible to spend in the statistics, the full address of the recipients who opened the mail so we can focus on these recipients.

The next version of OpenEMM (2012) will provide default actions for mail openings and link clicks. You can use those actions to trigger database fields which can then be used to create "opener" and "clicker" target groups in return.
