Is it possible to create a target group of all recipients who were created 2 hours ago in open EMM and send them automatic email at that time?

You could create a target group based on the creation_date field of recipients profiles. See user manual, chapter 6.3.3, for details and use "hour" instead of "day" for interval values.

in that case which date format should i choose? there isn't one that include hours.

Oops, yes, you are right! What about a trigger action "Send action based mailing" which allows delays of 1, 6 or 12 hours (and you can modify JSP SendMailing.jsp, of course, to use different values)?

I don't know for sure, but I think it is available.

Now i have a different problem, i don't know why but i can't choose my email at the "Send action based mailing" section. i created a new email and at the mailing type i chose action based mailing.

Is there any thing else i need to do?

Did you activate the action based mailing in tab "send mailing"?

I don't see that option only "Preview" send "test mail" and send "admin mail".

Yes, at mailing -> general -> mailing type.

you can see it on the demo account under "2 hours"

Sorry, I was not aware you are talking about the demo account. Sending of mailings is (obviously) disabled in the demo account.

Sending is not the problem, the new action based email isn't on the list on the first step when i try to define a new action and need to choose the mail from the list.
Is it because it's a demo account?
