Hi!, I've noticed one thing when I want to send an img (eg. from a url) and I want to see my mail at gmail or hotmail I can't, I need to click the message "Images are not displayed. Display image below"
Is there a way to avoid this and always display images?
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
There is no direct way to prevent this, because it is NOT caused by OpenEMM.
The recipients e-mail client will either block or load pictures, depending on the white-list, junk mail and download option set by the actual user.
In order to reduce this issue, you can look into the following:
Get your users to white-list you during the registration process
This allows the e-mail client to automatically load the pictures, if the user has not generally disallow all e-mail pictures. It does not prevent your mail from beeing classified as Spam by the mail provider or mail server.
Become a member of the Certified Sender Alliance
While this offers server and provider basis Spam whitelisting, it does not help if the user has diabled the automatic picture download.
You must also consider making the text of your mailing compelling enough for users to download the pictures.
Best Regards
