I work for a franchising company and have been thinking about implementing OpenEMM (or the commercial version) at our company, but I have a few questions that I haven't found a definitive answer to..

Can OpenEMM do the things listed below?

1. The ability to have the same email address on a mailing list. Some of our franchisees own multiple franchises in different locations and use same email address for contacting them. We would want to have custom fields for each email address such as sales data, etc., so that each email can be personalized to them.

2. The ability to HIDE the email addresses from the users of the software so that they do not export the list and use it elsewhere (Constant Contact, etc.). This would also cut down on spamming them since they would not have the email addresses available to them directly.

3. Multi-client capability so that each franchisee has their own lists, templates, etc that are available only to them.

4. Personalized attachments (PDFs, etc.) per subscriber. In this case, we would send them a personalized contract in PDF form.

Thanks in advance for your help. I've also sent these questions to AGNITAS via their Contact Us form but haven't recieved an answer.

How do I get information and pricing on the COMMERCIAL version (it looks like it would handle all of the issues I have mentioned in this thread)? I've tried the Contact Us page pn the AGNITAS site 3 times, emailed Martin directly (through the link under his photo on the AGNITAS website). No answer! Looking at possibly a license to run the commercial version on our own servers with up to 2000 businesses using it to send out emails to their customers.

We're in the US, not sure if that makes a difference (maybe you only want German customers??)
