Double-Opt-In registration problem

I´m using OpenEMM since two weeks and trying hard to get the DOI Process working...unfortunately without any success.

I´ve done everything similar to the manual...created an activated mailing, created 2 actions and three forms and so on. When I start the testmailing i get a mail with a link which leads to the first tablet (=first form) (sign up with Name, E-mail adresse,...). After press the submit button I reach the second form ("We send you a mail to finish registration..."). This mail even arrives but it is exactly the same like the first one which started the whole process. When you hit the link the fail message from the third form ("Your data couldn´t be saved...") pops up.

Now I really don´t know what to do to finish the process, I tried everything which comes in my mind but nothing worked . I hope my request is somewhat understandable, english is my second language
The forms are the ones which was applied from the beginning. Should I post some codes for help?

Hi,

You may want to check if the mailing-lists are the same in:

- The 1. Form (where the user enters his details). Look for <input name="agnMAILINGLIST" value="XXX in the HTML code. The XXX represents your mailing-list number.
- Mailing with DOI Link
- Mailing to be send after the DOI process.

If any one of the above items has a different mailing-list, then the process is broken.

hank you very much, this problem is solved now :):)

But now I´ve got another one. The DOI Proces works fine now, but I can´t get the right status in my receiver list. All receiver are "active" even those who are in the DOI process. How do I get the "waiting for double opt in conf." status???
