hello,

i just installed openemm 2013 to send our newsletter.

its a list with about 8000 email adresses.

now get the replay, that all of the users recieve the newsletter multiple times.
i self recieve the newsletter 8 times.
all adresses are unique.

i send with an smtp relay server.

have you any suggestions what this could be ?

how can i fix it ?

We are having the same problem. However, our issue is only confined to action based mailing triggered be a form submission (though I have not tried triggering it by link clicked or email open, etc..)

I tried recreating the whole process, mailing, action, form... but the problem still exist. Also tried smarthost relay and no smarthost relay, same issue.

I have also confirmed in the sendmail's maillog that multiple copies of the same email to the same recipient are being being delivered.

Help from anyone would be appreciated.
