Sender full name not displaying correctly in Outlook

Hi all,
Have run into an issue with Outlook 2007 in which an email sent from OpenEMM will not display my intended Sender full name, instead it appears to be displaying part of the email address set as the sender email.
I have set up the email with the following settings:
Sender email: info@mycompany.com
Sender Full Name: My Company
Reply-to email: info@mycompany.com
Reply-to Full Name: My Company
It comes through as:
Sender name: info
Subject: Hello from My Company!
What is happening here guys? It comes through fine in Hotmail and Gmail...
