firstly, sorry for my english level i'm french.

i have a trouble with the trackable link.

when i sent the newsletter, each link had an strange URL with the IP of my server.

I understand why but the server is in my local network and the IP isn't a public IP so when you click on a link the forwarding doesn't work and it's normal.

so, my question :

how can i change this local IP for my public IP ?

( sorry again for my english).

You have to define the domain name of your OpenEMM server in field rdir_domain of database table company_tbl (see OpenEMM Install Guide).

If you want to track the links via a different server, you have to run OpenEMM on this server too, but use the database of the first server.
