Hello again,

I'm making progress in getting OpenEMM figured out, but cannot send out mailings until I get a functional "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of each. I've modified the templates URL and inserted it into the content of my test mailing--http://mail.[company].com/form.do?agnCI=1&agnFN=en_unsubscribe&agnUID=##AGNUID##--but my browser tells me it cannot connect. The ##AGNUID## does not generate a unique user ID? The explanation in the manual didn't help me, so if anyone has answers, they would be much appreciated.

Are you running OpenEMM on a different port than 8080? This is the URL for my Unsub link and it works perfectly. This is the URL I use.

http://www.{company].com:8080/form.do?agnCI=1&agnFN=UnsubQuery&agnUID=##AGNUID##

The only difference in your unsub URL and mine is the :8080 after the .com.
