In OpenEMM how can we track who is clicking unsubscribe when mailings get sent out? As we keep getting calls/messages from people who are clicking unsubscribe.

We send out using two mailing lists one for the UK and one for ROW

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

You can select the unsubscribers in the recipient overview through selecting the mailing list and recipient status "opt-out by recipient" or you can attach a customized action to the unsubscribe link with modifies a profile field (which in turn may be used to create a target group).
