Hello!

We want so send about 50.000 newsletters once in a while to our customersm but we want to make sure that these mails are received at a certain time at a day, i.e at 2 pm. for now, we use a self programmed solution that sends our newsletters once at a time, so 50.000 emails take 1 or 2 days, because the tool logs in, sends the mail, logs out, goes to the next receipient, logs in....

Does OpenEMM send multi-threatened e-mails or one e-mail at a time? Does it send all receipient e-mails at once? I guess that would lead to problem at the ISP because of potential spam? That's why big companies use external newsletter services, right?

You may throttle the sending performance of OpenEMM with parameters stepping and blocksize. Have a look at the user manual to find out more about it.
