Stepping in seconds

Hi,

I'm using OpenEMM 2015 and I need to limit the number of mails per hour.

I tried to change the stepping of a mailing, but it's only in minutes... And 1 mail/minutes is very slow.
I'd like to put 1 mail for 20 seconds for example.

How can I do that ?

Use parameter blocksize to increase the amount of mails sent per time unit described with parameter stepping.
