An error occured while saving the recipient.

Oddly over the weekend, OpenEMM stopped accepting new subscribers. It was subscribing people via a web form, that doesn't work now. And even if you go into the OpenEMM admin control panel page, when you try and add a new user you get "An error occured while saving the recipient."

I'm digging for answers, any help would be appreciated. OpenEMM 2013 R2 -- maybe I just need to update it?

Alright, I updated it but now I get "A general error occurred. Please check your input."

Jim, you should have a look at the error message in Tomcat's log catalina.out. Or maybe your recipient limit in configuration file emm.properties is too small?

Thanks. I did the upgrade, had to update the db, but still had the problem. It was of course the 200,000 limit in emm.properties as you suggested. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly!

I just got an HP DL580 today, 4x 3.2Ghz Xeon's, it's retired from a server room but new to me (under $400 shipped to me!) Looking forward to putting OpenEMM on it!

Is there a way to delete all the users on a mailing list without deleting the mailing list?

menu Mailing Lists -> select mailing list -> click on link "Delete recipients of this mailing list"
