Does OpenEMM support proxy VPS

Hi,

We have OpenEMM installed on a machine in the US, however our client is located in Europe in a country, where we need to use locals IPs for good deliverabulity. Does OpenEMM support a function, where we would buy a local VPS with a couple IPs, set it all up and then we would send through it? I think it could also be called tunneling?

If yes, how is this functionality called in documentation?
