I cannot log into my openemm instalattion

Hello everyone, I need your help.
I installed OpenEMM-2015_R3 in a virtual machine - Ubuntu and it was apparently all right yesterday when I finished the installation but today I can't log in through the "Welcome to OpenEMM" page.
Someone could give me some help in some that I might have done wrong.

I have this error:

Failed to setup database interface
Unable to determinate status for mta usages, assuming system mta is enabled

When I click on the link to log in I get the following error:

DB Error: 
Cannot acquire connection, caused by Url: Connection Error: Connection refused (Connection refused)

Some help please!!!
