Missing content elements in mailings

Hello!
I'm using OpenEMM Version 5.0.2. It works good. I decided to try out some of the very useful features like profile fields. So I added profile fields to each user (e.g. topic1, topic2,topic3; a numeric field, 0/1, length 1 ). Then I created a target groups (topic1=1 e.g.) for each topic and a newsletter template with different content elements for each target group. I added a placeholder tag for each topic (HTML-Topic1, HTML-Topic2, HTML-Topic3, TEXT-Topic1, etc.). Then I created a new mailing to test this template. The HTML preview function shows the correct content elements. Hooray
But then I tried to send a test mailing. It seems that all content elements that are assignd to a target group are missing. Only the common content elements are added to each mailing (that elements that are assignd to all subscribers).
Thanks in advance for any hints.
Regards,
Markus
