Hallo,


I'm a new user and right now I'm testing all functions. Everything works fine but I can't acheive an import of recipients. Insert recipients manual and export this inserted recipients works.

my csv-file looks like this:

gender;mailtype;email
0;1;xxx1@yahoo.de
0;1;xxx2@web.de
0;1;xxx3@gmx.de
0;1;xxx4@freenet.de
***
the strange thing is, that all steps of the import-assistant 1 to 7 doesn't show any failure, but the result file tells that no recipient has been imported.

Maybe somone can help me?

Hi,

import does not work too. I am using version: 5.1.1.

My csv-file:

email;mailtype;gender
xxx@web.de;1;2

I reach step 7 with no errors and the screen shows only "Importing data:" and the browser refreshes every 3 seconds.

When I export the one recepient I have, I get the following error: "Ursache: javax.servlet.ServletException: java.lang.NullPointerException".

What's wrong?

hmm... strange. it should work with your csv file actually.
your csv-setup is ok. which charset did you use?

did you check your logfiles? any entries in your db? maybe you can find something in your logfile.
