Is the Demo server functioning?

I'm trying to use it but get timeouts.

I tried analyzing it with Hexillion.com and there didn't appear to be any service at:

http://demo.openemm.org:8081/

We will update the demo server to OpenEMM 5.3 this week and briefly took it offline to check something. But it is available right now.

I'm still getting a timeout message.

Is it under heavy load?

No. We check the availability of demo.openemm.org every 15 minutes. No problems so far. Maybe your firewall blocks port 8081?
