vServer: Minimum Memory

Post by torte »

I tried to install OpenEMM on a vserver but always failed because of missing memory for Java. If I look at the ressources table in Virtuozzo I always get into the black area when I start OpenEMM.sh. I tried several configurations (Debian, CentOS, OpenSuse), but it's always the same.
On a local server (OpenSuse), OpenEMM runs perfectly.

So my question is: What's the minimum amount of memory on a vserver for Java / OpenEMM? 1und1 vserver XL provides 256 (min) to 512 MByte (max).

512 MByte is minimum, 1 GByte is recommended.
