OVA OpenEMM - same bugs as in current runtime

Even the current OVA Release is not able to update and install the npm modules.

It hang´s with a warning about

npm WARN deprecated puppeteer@21.11.0: < 22.8.2 is no longer supported

and hangs at
(#########) # reify:ag-grid-community: http ...

And even the OpenEMM Status page fails with the OpenEMM Backend
