Cant update from 22.10 to 23.10. OMT says "not available". How can i fix that ?

Please start OMT with option "-debug" and post the error messages you get.
Or you could use this link to download the runtime package for 23.04 manually and install it via menu 5:

Thanks. The manual option worked.
