With the current version of AlmaLinux 9.6 and the runtime Installer 25.04.000.105,
the version 25.04.000.171 can be installed without any problems.

The instructions address the main issues with AlmaLinux 9 and describe the necessary steps in detail.

I had a few problems with Python 3.11 and installing the correct MariaDB, but everything was explained well!

We are thankful for any feedback regarding the OpenEMM Install & Admin Guide because we can test only on a limited set of variations.
