Looking for a strategy consultant for a big OpenEMM project

Hi team, I have a small issue with my setup.
Basically, I'm using OpenEMM for a big project right now, but I have to admit that I'm starting to feel completely overwhelmed. The technical side is fine, but the strategy and implementation part is becoming a mess. It's beyond my expertise at this point.
I'm wondering if there are people here who have already used independent consultants or guys from big firms to manage this kind of project. I need someone who can bridge the gap between management and my technical setup without it turning into a mess. If you have any serious networks or platforms for finding interim management experts who understand open source, I'd be very interested. I don't want a beginner, but someone who already has experience.
