No mails can be send

Hello,
i need help...
I´ve installed openemm 5.5.1 vmware, redhatlinux.
everything works, but if i want to send emails to tester or admin no one recent any mail!
i´ve tried evertything in elpthe config. pings to google t-online works but in maillog status is: service unavaible
please help!
if somenbody can answer in german,i´ll be very happy!
