When you have a message like this in your sendmail queue: [2148]: 00003100000000041: to=<azeuryz@fgnerkg.ekr>, delay=00:30:39, xdelay=00:02:00, mailer=esmtp, pri=810000, relay=fgnerkg.ekr. [67.215.65.132], dsn=4.0.0, stat=Deferred: Connection timed out with fgnerkg.ekr. when is it tagged as a bounce ?

The main isp we need to send to allow only 1 connection per sec. I think that sendmail sends far more than 1 msg per second. Btw, does you commercial feature allow to apply the throtlling only on some domain and not others ? because its not hard to throttle the all queue... It's being able to thrott...
