setup.bat on windows 7 i cant run it

hi i have installed tomcat 6 , mysql 5.7.11 and python 2.7 and the connector , i add the path's to variable environment when i try to run setup.bat i have this error


Starting up .. home is c:\OpenEMM .. found codebase .. could not connect to database

We have no experience with MySQL 5.7, only 5.5 or lower (although, it could be a general problem with database connectivity).

I tryed it with MySQL 5.7&5.5. Allways the same error.

If I google the problem, I found some people with the same problem, but nobody is able to help?!
Where can I debug the installation script? Maybe the problem can be fixed.
