OpenEMM requires Python 3.8 as minimum.

i have now installed python 3.8 and reinstalled openemm.
The Backend is now working, but backend.sh status says:
once : incomplete (1 files remaining: /home/openemm/scripts/once/bounce-rules.sh)
mailout : running
update : stopped
trigger : stopped
generate : stopped
mta : running
pickdist : running
slrtscn : stopped
direct-path : stopped
bav-update : running
bavd : stopped
bav : running
mlcontrol : running
what do i have to do with once?
and are the other "stopped" processes normal?
