Email tracking tool: Any feedback?

Hey, lately I’ve been using this tool that tracks if emails are opened. Here’s the link. It’s actually been pretty handy for follow-ups when I send newsletters or confirmations through OpenEMM. Has anyone here tried tools like this with OpenEMM? Sometimes the tracking isn’t perfectly accurate, especially with certain email clients, so I’m curious if anyone has tips to improve integration. I might post about it in the "Usability" section if anyone’s interested in diving into the setup!

Accurate tracking of mail openings has these challenges:
* Apple Mail opens als emails be deafult
* Security scanners may open incoming email to check for malware
* E-mail clients with activated image blocking may open mails, but we can not track it
* Automatic previews in e-mail clients activate opening tracking whether the email is read ior not
