Recreate the Bug
1. Click on Mailing on the left menu
2. Click on New Mailing
3. Click on the Wizard button
Error: It does not advance to the Wizard.
If you click on the "You are guided by a wizard" link it advances to the Wizard.

I just tried this.
In Firefox 3 it is fine on Windows and Linux.
In IE6 and IE7 the wizard button doesn't work.
