Not seeing all content when trying to create a template.

I am trying to create my first template and when I do the following in the text version:

[agnDyn name="0.1 Header-Text"/]
*********************************************************************
[agnDYN name="0.2 date"/]

[agnTitle type=1 ],

[agnDYN name="1.0 Text"/]

[agnDyn name="1.1 Signature-tfmx"/]

I am only seeing the "0.2 date" and "1.0 text" entries for content.

Any help would be appreciated....

I figured it out. I needed to capitalize certain portions of the agn***

Such as:
agnTITLE
agnDYN

The docs do not show it this way though.
