non-english language

Hello! OpenEMM community

about RTL language ( Arabic language ) non-english I added the charset cp1256 Windows - 1256

and i found it in admin menu but when i start write in OpenEMM its convert Arabic alphabets to ????? ???? ?? ???

why and what can i do 2 use Arabic language
and i added it in to admin_group_permission_tbl in MySQL

is there is any solution

Is an arabic character set available on your client? If I try to use chinese characters and I do not have the character set installed on my operating system I see only question marks as well.
