If you are working on a mailing and make frequent edits and changes before completing it, the table of Trackable links doesn't clean itself of the links that are no longer present in the mailing itself.
These spurious links also appear to carry over if you copy a mailing. The only way to remove them is to create a clean (new) mailing.

Don't know which platform you are on. I take it is Linux/Unix?
I can confirm that this also happens on the Windows release of OpenEMM 5.5.1.
