I have installed

Mysql
Python
Pythontools-Mysql
and JDK

do I need to install mysqladmin to run the start.bat correctly since I have been getting erros running it?

Don't worry, mysqladmin is included in MySQL. Some Linux distributions require two MySQL packages to install like "mysql" and "mysql-server".
