Unable to get database cursor

Hey Guys.

After upgrading my Open EMM Installation no more Mails going out with "normal Mailings. I found errors in all ixion-*.log Files like this:

ERROR/scan: Unable to get database cursor

Administrator-Testmailings are working fine.

Anyone who can help me at this?

bin/scripts/agn.py has hardcoded DB Connnetions on line In 247.
