Image Size Increase

Hi i found part of my problem, i can link to an external image but a small one, if i link to an external image of medium size lets say 3 mb the error ocurrs, sombody know how to increase this? lest say to 5 mb

Please read the install guide. It will tell you how to enable attachments with size > 2 MByte.

Ok i have a vps, and in /etc/my.cnf file theres nothing about max_allowed_packet, what i did and work is added it under [mysqld] last parameter i found, so if somebody have this situation, and dont find anything to modify, just add it!
