I have searched the forum and cannot find this anywhere. Everything works fine apart fromt the text version of my mails. Wherever i have a comma , or some other form of punctuation like a ' instead of seeing what i expect i see.

I have downloaded popcorn to test the text only mails and also set my phone to text only so i can be sure its not the client. I am running Centos 5.5 and the latest version of Openemm on a fresh install.

You probably copied&pasted text from Word to OpenEMM. In this case - and ' characters can be coded with values outside the ASCII character set. Simply delete the values in the OpenEMM editor and enter them again. Now they will be coded with the "correct" ASCII values.
