Attach an URL for those who can't read the email clearly

Post by alexlihk »

Dear Experts,

I am new here but certainly, openemm is a great tools for me. very helpful.

In general, when I got an eDM, it will have a link to that eDM like "please click here if you can't read this page clearly"...

Can openemm do this?

thanks.

Hi Alex,

Yes, OpenEMM can display the mailing in a browser.

Please check section 6.8.1 Step-by-step creation of Fullview of the OpenEMM manual, where you find a step-by-step explanation.

Best Regards
Markus

Yes. I did it.

It will list all archived mail. How can I attach the URL of latest one (itself)?

When you follow 6.8 in the manual and include the URL in the Mailing
the term &agnUID=##AGNUID## will be replaced during email sending by something like this: &agnUID=1.ei.gia.312.6env3min8j
With this string OpenEMM identifies the recipient and the relavant mailing and shows the current mailing in the browser.

(Replace "fullview" with the name of your form).
