Change mail templates sent by forms

Hi there,

I want to change the mail templates that were sent by forms, e.g. a user subscribes to a newsletter by double opt-in. I can not find any information how I can change these mails. I even did not found any templates in the source code.

Can anybody tell me how I can change those types of mails or can I actually change these mails?

Forms do not send mails, but action send (action based) mails. These mails are created like regular mails, i.e. you can base them on templates.

thanks for your reply. I'm an idiot I installed OpenEMM and removed all pre defined mailings, because I thought I don't need them... You answered my question and now I have to create all the mails again

EDIT: next problem: I cannot change the mailings neither create new mailings for actions. There is an mailing called "de_doi_mail", but I cannot change the email, the sender name, the subject or anything else. If I create a new actionbased mailing with the correct data for from-email, subject, etc. I cannot choose this mailing in actions. Any idea why I cannot change the de_doi_mail or select another mailing created by myself? Is this a limitation?
