FIrst time user here with a few questions..

Does OpenEMM have to be server based? Or can I operate this from a PC?

Is there a guide to 'how a numpty can use this software'

In anticipation of answers coming back.. most of which I probably wont understand...

From the level of your questions I think that an other (desktop based) software is more suitable for you.
