Tracking opened mails

Hi,

I just installed OpenEMM 2011 first time (on CentOS 6) and now testing it. I´ve set up an mailing and send it out. But in the statistics it triggers no opened mail. I was one of the recipients and opened the mail, but the statistic show´s even 0.

I´ve installed OpenEMM 2011 on standard port 8080. Then I updated the entry in the Database to use Port 80 and update the firewall to forward all traffic from port 80 to 8080.

So where´s the problem?

Is the mail you sent a HTML mail? Did you set "measure open rate" to a value different from "no"? Does tracking of links work?
