Can't launch in Windows installation

I have followed all the steps getting OpenEMM 2011 installed on Windows, but have come across a problem that a few people appear to have had, and it appears that the openemm.py script is looking for a startup.bat and a shutdown.bat file in the tomcats bin folder. It does not exist on my installation of tomcat. Has anyone else come across a solution to this problem.

Have you tried to adjust property tomcathome in file openemm.py as described in the installation guide?
