Servicemail doesn't work in OpenEMM 2011

Hi,

in OpenEMM 6.x I used the service mail to get a mail, when a user unsubscribed from list.

Since the switch to 2011 the service mail doesn't work.

When I use the service mail in an "action" the unsubscription ends in an error.

Has anyone an idea why?

Please provide some more info on how exactly you trigger the service mail so that we can replicate and check if it is a bug.

Without "Service-Mail versenden" the action is working.



With "Service-Mail versenden" the result is...



It doesn't matter, at which position the "service mail"-entry is placed. Every time i get this error message! As I said previous, without service-mail the unsubscription works!

OpenEMM 2011 is running on a fresh CentOS 6 32bit installation and the service mail doesn't work!

Finally I would like to see the link you use to trigger the form and the action. And do you use the top or bottom action field to connect the form with the action?

This is my link to trigger OpenEMM form "servicemail" which in return triggers the servicemail action:

After cklicking this link I receive the servicemail within a few seconds.
