openemm startup problem

i installed the openemm in the virtualbox's win7 bit32,when i startup the openemm,my network is blocked,eg:Before i startup it,Ping google.com.hk is 25ms,but After i startup it,Ping google.com.hk 1000-2000ms,If i installed it in the PC machine,This problem does not exist.
