Hi,

Click Statistics displays 0 in UI, Recipient count, Opened mails and Opt-Out shows correctly, mysql query to click count in customer_1_tbl shows count but I verified by making count 0 and resending mailer to same email address, when open mail delivery stat shows correctly but it also increments click counter without trackable link click. even after trackable link click also total click shows 0.

links in trackable link tab shows properly with Actions. I followed installation document.

Any suggestions and Help highly appreciable.

Sorry, we do not know of any problem with recording link clicks for this version and our installation worked just fine.

Measure open rate option registering click when news letter opened and UI shows opened mail count in Delivery Statistics, I would like to know how to enable (Trackable link measure) Klick statistics in UI when mailing recipient click URL in news letter . Please guide me how to troubleshoot this.

Hi,

I followed 2013 Manual Click summation for trackable links, created field click count and DB field click_count type numerical value 0 and created new action link_feedback, Usage only for links, count 1 add step type modify profile.

Created new mailing Trackble links tab shows URL's Trackable Text and HTML version action link_feedback.

when recipient clicks URL in newsletter, klick statistics count not increasing.

whereas click_count db field count increases when recipient opens mails. which field count increases when recipient clicks?

I tried to reproduce your problem, but I could not:
- if a link is trackable, each click is recorded and shown in the statistics
- if a link is bound to an action, this action is triggered with each link click
I think it is a very special problem of your configuration and you should have an admin checking your installation.
