17 days after its mega crash, SourceForge was finally able to fix its file upload service so that OpenEMM 2015 R2 is out now at

OpenEMM 2015 R2 is a maintenance release with minor new features, bugfixes and the latest documentation. See the CHANGELOG file for details.
The binary tarball was compiled with Java 7 and Tomcat 8 on a 64-bit Linux platform.
