import.maxrows modification not work

Hi, i need manage more than 2 mm address, i change import.maxrows as guide here http://www.openemm.org/faq/questions/32/
I have instaled the vmware 5.5.1 version.

Actually i have 170.000 adress, but after modify import.maxrows, i try to import and i receive warning message about address limit is reached.

What i should do for work?

Did you restart OpenEMM after changing the value for import.maxrows?

Did you increase the value for recipient.maxRows as well?
