DOI Error

Hi,

when a user, that is already in the database, subscribes, the DOI-Link does lead to an error message. Any idea what this could be?

Edit: I get the error message also when the user is a new subscriber to the list now.

You mean a recipient who has subscribed to a certain list wants to subscribe to the same list again? Which version of OpenEMM do you use?

Hi, I just have solved the problem. In the action based mailing you have to specify the corresponding maillist - otherwise the system does not know, which mailist the subscription belongs to.
