How to realize fixe-date mailings

Hi, I am trying to set up a mailing/Newsletter whith quite a lot of target Groups (individuallized content) which is supposed to be sent out every 1st and 15th of the month.

Thoughts:

Datebased doesn't work, since I can only create daily mailings based on 24 hour-presets. Also from the documentation I figure you have to set a date criteria for each target group indivisually and new for each mailing (as the date changes)

Action based doesn't work because a) it requires an action, b) I seem to be only able to make an action for one specific mailing and only up to seven days in the future.

My favourite way would be to have a simple field to add a send-date to each mailing but I'm open for any workaround.
