Hello Guys, I have a problem with openemm.
Why Action Based Mail is also sent when a user unsubscribes?

Do you mean a action based mail is sent during the unsubscribe process or do you mean that action based mails are sent even after the recipient has unsubscribed?

Users ricveveno the mail even after you cancel your subscription.
